Rent from us and you get a set of FREE reserved padded chaise lounges and umbrella set up on the beach everyday.  March 1-October 31 weather permitting. (these could be $30 per day if you rented on the beach) You need to go down to the beach service attendant early in the morning to let him know if you plan to use your beach service.  They may rent them out if you don't check in early.  Do not leave your valuables on the beach.

10% off listed rates for summer renters who have rented any of our condos for full price and return  to rent any of our condos during the summer.

Rent from owners and you'll save MONEY, and have a cleaner condo.

Other rental companies may have hidden fees they add to your bill.

Add cleaning fee of $85.00 plus 12.11% tax.  If excessive cleaning needed you will be charged for damages and extra cleaning.  We ask our guests to take extra care of our condo so each guest will have a clean condo upon entry. 

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN CONDO, BALCONY OR ON PROPERTY.  NO PETS IN OUR CONDOS AND PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LUGGAGE CARTS IN OUR CONDOS.  NO DEEP FRYING. NO CREEPING OR DEAD ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN CONDO.  NO CLEANING OF FISH OR SEA CREATURES IN CONDO.  STARFISH, SAND DOLLARS, CRABS WILL STINK AFTER A FEW HOURS SO PLEASE DON'T BRING IN.

If you do any of the above will be charged $1000.00 damage fee, plus damages on your credit card.
