3 Condos: 504, 505 & 2302 SPECIAL FREE BEACH SERVICE
 through March -October. ($30 day value)

Building Information

  • 23 stories 2 levels of parking under building.

  • 3 level parking garage across street attached with enclosed over the road walkover.

  • Indoor outdoor pool, outdoor pool, large hot tub, outdoor grill area, sauna, steam room, small exercise room.

  • 3 high speed elevators.

  • NON SMOKING BUILDING, no smoking in our condo, balcony or in building, walkways, pool areas or parking garage.

  • No pets allowed.

  • Luggage carts are located in small closet located on 2nd parking level marked luggage cart storage.

  • CHECK OUT TIME 10:00 AM unless we have agreed to a different time.  Please let us know if you will be leaving early so our cleaner can come in earlier.

  • CHECK IN TIME 4:00 PM unless we have made arrangements.   The cleaner must have time to get the room ready for you.  If you arrive on the property early you can go to the pool or beach but please allow the cleaner her time, if you go in and rush her it may not get as clean as needed. 

  • Parking passes are required to be visible on our car at all times or you could be towed at your expense

  • We have pool passes that are required to be worn during your stay.   Ocean Villa plans to have a coded lock on the pool gates sometime during 2008.  If you see someone on the property who doesn't belong please call us and we will see about having the management remove them from the property.  If someone is causing trouble please let us know.
     

Condo Information

2 bedrooms all have king in master, 505 and 2302 have 2 queens in 2nd bedroom, 504 has king in 2nd bedroom.

2 bathrooms (504 and 505 side by side units have custom large tile showers with handicap rails.)

Sleeper sofas in all:  505 has a full sleeper, 504 and 2302 have queen sleepers.  Sleepers are recommended for children or small persons.  Two individual recliners in 504, double recliner love seat in 2302, one recliner in sectional in 505.

Flooring: Full tile in 505 and 2302. Carpet in dining, living and bedrooms in 504.

Dining tables in 505 and 2302 are high dining.  Table in 504 is standard height.  High barstools at bar.
