NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO CARTS IN OUR CONDOS.
Add cleaning fee of $100.00 plus 10.09% tax, after May. If excessive cleaning needed you will be charged for damages and extra cleaning. We ask our guests to take extra care of our condo so each guest will have a clean condo upon entry.
