BUILDING, no smoking in our condo, balcony or in building, walkways, pool
areas or parking garage. ·
No pets
allowed. ·
Luggage
carts are located in the main Lobby. ·
CHECK OUT
TIME 10:00 AM unless we have agreed to a different
time. Please let us know if you will be leaving early so our cleaner
can come in earlier. ·
CHECK IN
TIME 4:00 PM unless we have made arrangements. The cleaner must
have time to get the room ready for you. If you arrive on the property
early you can go to the pool or beach but please allow the cleaner her time,
if you go in and rush her it may not get as clean as needed. ·
Parking
passes are required to be visible on our car at all times or you could be
towed at your expense · We have pool passes that are required to be worn during your stay. If you see someone on the property who doesn't belong please call us and we will see about having the management remove them from the property. If someone is causing trouble please let us know. Condo
Information Tidewater Beach, located directly on the Beach near the
intersection of Hwy. 79 and Front Beach Road. "The World's Most
Beautiful Beach" right outside your Balcony. 1802 purchased 2/1/08 and ready to start booking for
summer. We are getting this extra large 1865 Sq Ft. condo ready for our
guests. You will love this large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom
with full kitchen, dining room and amazing 18th floor view. We have
decided to furnish 2 King Master Bedrooms and the 3rd Bedroom with 2 Queen
beds. We hope this will fit the needs of most our guests. The
large dining room will seat 10 guest so we will
limit the condo to 10 guests. This resort is amazing and we hope you
will love it too. The drawing to the left has the pools on the beach
side, actually they is one on each side of the building. The building
is painted in tan and brown. You will see an actual photo in my photos
on this site. |
