Condo Instructions

Instructions For Condo Use:

• First of all we want you to have fun at our condo, but also remember that this is our second home and we want to to be presentable to everyone that uses the condo. We appreciate your help in doing this for us.

• Must be 25 years old or married to rent. 

• No smoking, no pets and no luggage carts in the condo. 

• Please clean off all sandy items at the shower and let dry before bring them in.  We sometimes leave our beach and pool items in our car. This works best for us, then we don't have to take everything up to the room.  You may want to place all wet beach towels, wet swim suits and beach items on the balcony to give you extra room in the condo.

• For safety and condo equipment (air conditioning, mold, electronics etc...)  please keep the doors closed unless entering and leaving.  When the balcony door is open it creates a suction that causes the entry door the slam.  This could cause an injury so please be responsible.  Please Keep AC between 68 and 78 to help keep condensation out of the condo.  Keep air on whatever temperature makes you comfortable.  Please never leave balcony door open for more than a few minutes to enter and exit balcony, this is very important.

Instructions when Leaving the Unit

• Shut the curtains and lock the doors and make sure entry door is pulled all the way closed.

• Turn off all appliances and electronics.

• Place all used towels in the hall tub.

• Fold and place the bed spread on the bed.

• Wash dishes and place them in their proper place.

• Take all left over food and clean out refrigerator .

• The trash chute is located on the left at the west side look for trash door.
• Please try to leave the condo in the same condition you found it in.

If you find any problems please contact us at any time day or night.  We do not use the on site rental company.
