Rent from us and get a set of free reserved padded chaise lounges plus an umbrella set up on the beach everyday.     March - October weather permitting.

This is a unique property with many amenities.  Add for cleaning $75 -703E AND $85 - 2002E PLUS tax.

$250 deposit will be authorized on your credit card.

 NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO CARTS IN OUR CONDOS.

$1000.00 charge for any smoke smell in condo or evidence of smoking, plus damages.  If you smoke please do not call us to rent.

If you require excessive cleaning you will be charged.  We expect our guest to not eat in beds, or on furniture.  We expect our condos to be kept clean by our guest, as you would your own home.  Take the bedspreads off upon arrival.  Do not put your luggage or anything dirty on the spreads.  They are not cleaned, please store them in the top of the closet as soon as you arrive.

We expect you to keep the balcony and entry doors closed.  If you open them the hot or humid air damages the condo and the air conditioner.  If you tear up the air conditioner you will be charged for the repair.

If you "destroy" a place you rent, please do not rent from us. 

Our guest are very happy with how clean our condos are kept.  We are very picky and expect our guest to treat our condos like they would their own new condo.
