Building Information · Two 22 Story Gulf Front Towers · Our condos 703, 1901 and 2002 are located in the East Tower: 703E, 1901E and 2002E · TWO DISTINCT, BI-LEVEL FAMILY FUN WATER PARK ENVIRONMENTS · ISLAND STYLE BEACH BAR & GRILL IS SEASONAL (hamburgers, pizza, deli sandwiches etc.) · BEACHSIDE ACTIVITY LAWN with GAS GRILLS for your use. · KIDS’ POOL PARK · HOT TUB · Waterslides, Interactive water toys, Dive-in movie theater & Lazy River. (seasonal) · BEACH SERVICE W/BEACH ACTIVITY CABANA · FITNESS CENTER OVER LOOKING THE BEACH · KIDS’ ENTERTAINMENT ROOM with ARCADE GAMES (these cost money). Remove all spreads upon arrival so they do not get soiled or damaged, put in top of closet. · Master bathroom with 70" wide walk in shower with handicap grab bars and high rise toilet. · Bunks in the hall with storage underneath in703E. Queen over queen bunks are going to be in 2002E. Only small children on the top bunks 300 lbs. total or under 100 lb. small adult, bottom okay for average size adults. NO JUMPING ON BUNKS. · Bathroom in the hall has a medium size shower (703E). 2nd bathroom in hall with shower tub combo (2002E) · Kitchen is fully equipped with all major and minor appliances. · Full size stack washer and dryer is in kitchen closet. · Eat at bar will seat 4, plus small table in 2002E. · Eat at coffee table with 4 storage ottomans in 703E. · 2 TV's with DVD and VCR (master and living room) · Dining table on the balcony seats 4 in 703E. Extra large balcony in 2002E will have 2 large dining tables plus chaise lounges. Nothing can be hung on balcony rails. (Felony in FL to throw items from balcony) · Queen sleeper in 703E living room recommended for small children or small adult. We have had adult couples sleep on it and say it is very comfortable. Linens and pillows are in the storage ottomans under the coffee table. · We recommend the 703E unit to hold 2-3 adults and up to 3-4 children. FL law: 6 is the most allowed in 1 BR condos. King, Twin, Twin, Queen Sleeper · We recommend the 2002E unit to hold 2-4 adults and up to 4 children. FL law: 8 is the most allowed in 2 BR condos. King, Queen, Queen. No sleeper. · POOL bands are required in the pool area to everyone over the age of 12. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please do not leave your children in the pool alone. · If your party is evicted from the building for breaking any rules you will not receive any refund. |
