Building Information ·
2 outdoor pools,
large hot tub, outdoor grill area, sauna, steam room, small exercise room. ·
4 high speed
elevators. ·
NON SMOKING
BUILDING, no smoking in our condo, balcony or in building, walkways, pool
areas or parking garage. ·
No pets
allowed. ·
Luggage
carts are located in the main Lobby. ·
CHECK OUT
TIME 10:00 AM unless we have agreed to a different
time. Please let us know if you will be leaving early so our cleaner
can come in earlier. ·
CHECK IN
TIME 4:00 PM unless we have made arrangements. The cleaner must
have time to get the room ready for you. If you arrive on the property
early you can go to the pool or beach but please allow the cleaner her time,
if you go in and rush her it may not get as clean as needed. ·
Parking
passes are required to be visible on our car at all times or you could be
towed at your expense ·
We have pool passes that are required to be worn during your stay. If
you see someone on the property who doesn't belong
please call us and we will see about having the management remove them from
