Condo Instructions

Instructions For Condo Use:

• First of all we want you to have fun here, but also remember that this is our second home and we want to to be presentable to everyone that uses the condo. We appreciate your help in doing this for us.

• Must be 25 years old or married to rent.  No smoking, not pets and no luggage carts in the condo ($1000. damage charged if any of these rules are broken.)  Please clean off all sandy items at the shower and let dry before bring them in.  You can place all beach items on the balcony.  For safety and condo equipment (air conditioning, electronics etc...)  please keep the doors closed.  If you cause damage to the air conditioner you will be charged to replace the unit.  When the balcony door is open it creates a suction that causes the  main door and bedroom doors to slam.  This could cause an injury  (one guest told us her finger was cut of a few years back from the door at a condo on the beach.) so please be responsible.  Please Keep AC between 72 and 78.  To keep the condo cooler close the curtains during the hottest time of day or while you are not in the condo.

• Place bedspreads in the top of the closet when you arrive.  Please do not put your luggage on the spreads it will damage the spreads.  These are not cleaned by the cleaner they are only for decoration.  Please use the blankets if needed.  If you want to wash and dry the cotton blankets you can do that if you wish.  The cleaner replaces all white sheets and towels between guests.  Please do not remove your make up with our white wash clothes.  Please bring your own cloths to remove make up.  Makeup damages the wash cloths and cannot be removed.

• Please report any problems to us, by calling Randy at 770-337-6302.  We want your visit to be perfect.

Instructions when Leaving the Unit

• Shut the curtains and lock the doors.

• Turn off all appliances and electronics.

• Place all used towels in the hall tub.

• Leave beds unmade that were used during your visit.  Leave bedspread in top of closet.  These are not cleaned and must be kept off the floor and please don't sit on them or put your luggage on them.

• Wash dishes and place them in their proper place. (make sure dishes are totally dry)

• Take all left over food and clean out refrigerator, do not put in disposals, they do not work well.

• The Trash shoot is located on the left at the end of the walkway .
